What I have learned from this project?

This project was really useful and has a lot of advantages. In fact, the benefit of this project can not be expressed . I have learned a lot of important information about global worming and other related topics such as - causes,effects and some solutions.Furthermore, this project gave us the opportunity to express our self and play an important role in solving this problem which is one of the main environmental issues facing the human being in this century.This project also gave the chance to see my new intrest and work on how to improve it. Last but not least,I've earned new skills in searching in the internet , creating new work and how to make a blogger. I hope that people will cooperate with each other to solve this problem in the soon future. Finally, not to forget i want to thank my teacher Ms. Molly for bieng the support center for me and for my friends otherwise we wont be able to do anything.

Individuals actions

Some ways that my household and me could do to prevent global warming are washing our clothes in cold or warm water.Also we could adjust the thermostat so that it isn't too hot or too cold.We could clean the filters or replace them to save 15% of the energy used.Another way to help prevent global warming is by putting caulk and weathership around the doors and windows so it is insulated better.Decrease the burning of fossil fuels.For example, we could walk, carpool, or bike instead of using our own car all the time. people in my neighboorhood can use less electricry, watch less tv, play less vedio games, carpool to and from school and work, use less of the airconditioner people can open the doors to their homes and that is what my neighboorhood can do to decrease global warming. Finally, i think if cooperate with each other to at least reduce the effcets of global warming then we could dream about clean invironment in the future,

Global warming is the observed and projected increases in the average temperature of Earth's atmosphere and oceans. The Earth's average temperature rose about 0.6° Celsius (1.1° Fahrenheit) in the 20th century. Or in other way, climate change is any substantial change in Earth’s climate that lasts for an extended period of time. Global warming refers to climate change that causes an increase in the average temperature of the lower atmosphere. Global warming can have many different causes, but it is most commonly associated with human interference, specifically the release of excessive amounts of greenhouse gases. In my opinion, the global warming is very serious and dangerous problem that need to be solved or at least reduced for our safety and for our planet safety.

My Profile

Nowadays, people often have the enough time to do the things that may improve their skills or talents within any station of the life stations, For example, in education, work or relationships. In this essay, I'm going to write about what I have learned in the present course and I'm going to learn in the next semester.During this semester, I have learned a lot things that of course will be useful for me in the next semester. This semester was much harder than the last foundation. Therefore, we had to make our desire much stronger than we used to. Because this challenge need a real challenger that can face and confront. One of the challenges was the skills. To explain further, the listening is played once with very fast conversation. So we had to pay more attention for every single word, to understand the dialog very well and to do not forget to check your spelling at the end even if you heard some words that are totally new for you. I'v improved my reading skill very well. For example, how to read fast beside getting the right information and how to divide the time within two passages. Finally, this semester helped me in how to organize my portfolio in good order. Organization is very important and necessary not only because it is a part of your grade but its also describe the personality that you have.Although there are many things that I have learned, there are also some important skills that I need and love to improve in soon future. I hope and wish that I will move over this semester to the next semester. And if this happened, I'm planning to have un English course outside the college for many reasons. Like, practicing in how to get the 6th grade out of 9 in the ILES test because we will be asked to do so in the next semester. Last but not least, we well be asked also to create a blogger about a global warming for many reasons like to aware people about the effect and the causes of global warming. All in all, I think nothing is easy unless you make it easy and I think being educated is the real wealth and the big honor for any person's life.

This competition is sponsered by 35 companies which gave them the chance to cooperate in solving this problem. 5 prizes are available for all students within 6 to 11 years in the UAE. In my opinion, This competition was the good step to start the cooperation between the children and the big companies which will show how much these people can go furthure to solve this problem because they are part of this problem in some where and finally, I think competition like this basically can provide the next generation with the right information in how to deal with this issue. Global warming is the increase of average world temperatures as a result of what is known as the greenhouse effect Which one of the main causes of these serious problem that we gone suffer from in the soon future. Certain gases in the atmosphere act like glass in a greenhouse, allowing sunlight through to heat the earth's . As the greenhouse gases build up in the atmosphere the Earth gets hotter. Causes of electronic waste

Electronic waste includes computers, entertainment electronics, mobile phones and other items that have been discarded by their original users. While there is no generally accepted definition of electronic waste, in most cases electronic waste consists of electronic products that were used for data processing, telecommunications, or entertainment in private households and businesses that are now canceled, broken, or cannot fixed. Although its common classification as a waste, disposed electronics are a big category of secondary resource due to their significant suitability for direct reuse Electronic waste is a valuable source for secondary raw materials, if treated properly, however if not treated properly it can cause the global warming in some way. For example, leaving the hot water running for whole day, even simple thing like phone, computer, oven are put as stand by can lead to global warming. All in all, I think people should cooperate with each other to stop the global warming even with small thins because small things can make big solution for the soon future.

Effects of Global warming

Although are many causes that lead to global warming, there are many effects that happen as a result of these causes. One of the main effects of this serious problem. The first effect is the increase of water around the world and this water come in different ways for example, tornado and hurricane as happened in united state of America which killed thousand of people and destroyed many homes and Summer monsoons in Asia could become heavier, but summer rains in southern Europe could become less.Sea levels will rise due to the thermal expansion of the oceans. Low-lying areas, such as the coastal regions of Bangladesh, and many small islands, could be seriously affected unless adequate sea defences are built and maintained. Fresh water resources could be affected by saline intrusion as sea levels change. Existing dry land regions may become drier still, resulting in a greater likelihood of desertification. Agricultural output may change adversely in some regions, due to reduced rainfall, but may increase in other areas because CO2 also has a “fertilizing” effect on crops.The final effect of this problem is the ozone hole so as the result of this hole, living organisms will get harmful emission which can kill them and end the life. Finally, I hope we gone a void these effects in the near future.

Especially, I'm going to talk about the effects of electronic waste and how they play un important role in increasing the global warming. Studies have consistently shown that electronic waste from devices like mobile phones, PDA's and digital cameras contains toxins that are damaging to our environment.If you cant use your electronics very well you should donate your cell phone, computer or any thing else you are helping to keep toxic elements out of landfills. Consider the harm you are averting when you donate cell phones to charity.The potential dangers are obvious.
